Yes, most of our products, including guest books, wedding planners, and vow books, can be personalized. You can customize the cover with names, dates, or other special details.
However, the interior pages are pre-formatted and not customizable.
To place a custom order, select the product you wish to personalize, and follow the instructions on the product page to add your custom details. Review your customization options and submit your order through our website.
Standard production takes about 6-9 business days after an order is placed, or, if our team is designing your product for you, after your proof approval.
Yes, we offer expedited shipping options. For domestic orders, we provide FedEx Overnight shipping for next-business-day delivery after your order is done with production. Standard FedEx International shipping is available for international orders, but expedited options are not currently offered for international shipments.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the carrier's website.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on personalized items unless there is a defect or error in the order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
If you receive a duplicate order due to an error made by us, please contact our customer service team. We will ensure the error does not affect your billing.
If you prefer for our team to personalize your product for you, we will send a digital proof to your email for your approval within 1-2 business days after placing your order. From there, you have the option to approve the design or request modifications. Production will begin once you approve the proof. However, if we do not hear back from you within 2 business days of the proof being sent, the order will move straight to production and no changes can be made.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and more.
Yes, we ship to several international destinations, including Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Delivery times and shipping costs vary based on the destination. For Canadian orders, shipping generally takes 3-5 business days after an order is produced. Australia and New Zealand typically require 3-7 business days for your order to arrive after it leaves our facility.

While we do not offer physical samples, we provide detailed descriptions and images on our product pages to help you make an informed decision.
My event is less than three weeks away! Generally speaking, we typically cannot guarantee delivery for need-by-dates within 10 business days of the order date. If your event is just around the corner (within 3 weeks), please send us a message before placing your order. We want to ensure that you can receive your item before your wedding or event!
For the best writing experience with our products, our favorite pen brands for all our products with white or lined pages are the Micron and Le Pen brands. Specifically for the black pages in our guest books, we recommend metallic Sharpies as they will show up nicely and not bleed through the black paper; however, please note that Sharpies tend to bleed through the white and lined guest book pages and are not recommended for any of our other products.
You will receive your order within 6-9 business days for standard production, with an additional 2-4 business days for domestic shipping via USPS and 3-7 business days for international shipping via FedEx. If you choose the "Design It For Me" option, please add an additional 2-4 business days for proof creation and approval. Rush production is available for an extra fee, reducing production time by at least 2 business days.
